If you remember the Elmwood Casino, Skyway Drive-In, the Kresge’s lunch counter and the music of the Big 8, UWindsor alumnus Chris Edwards (BA 1983, MA 1985) has a book for you.
He and his partner Elaine Weeks of Walkerville Publishing have produced 500 Ways You Know You’re from Windsor, a hardbound, full-colour collection of more than 650 photographs documenting some local landmarks. The University Bookstore is selling the volume for $30 and marketing manager Martin Deck says it makes a perfect gift.
